Description

Instructor: Shelly Vollstedt

Come with your own creation in mind or explore some of our sample projects to make one-of-a-kind art pieces with your own two hands. This month’s class will focus on building techniques. Experiment with hand building on the table or “throw” clay on the wheel with instructor Shelly Vollstedt. All experience levels welcome.

Most clay creations require 2 sessions to complete – the first session is for creating your clay pieces and the second is to paint or “glaze” your pieces in order to seal the clay while coating it in the color of your choice.

Come twice! Register for two months now and you’ll be ready to build first and then glaze your art pieces after kiln firing.
