Imagine yourself exploring the unexplored parts of yourself, moving into realms you’re curious about, places unknown and surprising to you, expressing parts of yourself that remain undiscovered.
In this workshop breathing exercises, simple movement, felt sense, music, and your own simple images will offer personal inspiration and depth.  Students will explore themselves from the inside, finding stories in bodies, memories, and dreams.

The goal: revitalizing your art practice.
Touch Drawing, Intuitive drawing and painting, and air dry clay.
No art experience necessary.

The ArtEast Art Center is located in the heart of historic downtown Issaquah and easily accessible via I-90, Highway 18, and State Route 900. This central location is walking distance from downtown parks, the Issaquah branch of King County Library, community center and swimming pool, civic and government offices, five public schools and district headquarters, and the Issaquah Alps.
