To have your workshop considered for the next semester at artEAST, please complete this form. Submit a separate form for each workshop you are proposing. A copy of each completed form will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a copy then the submission was not successful. Please resubmit using the form, or email all of the requested information (with necessary files attached) to education@arteast.org.
