Photography: “Capturing Emotion” Teen Course

2pm–4pm Saturdays, February 10-March 3
Ages 13-17 (4 week course)

Instructor: Larissa Herbert
Photographic art by Larissa Herbert

Photography allows us to capture a specific moment in time. It creates a window into another world. That moment can convey a range of emotions from happiness to sorrow, joy to fear.

The ability to capture emotion in a photo is what makes a good shot great, even memorable. It allows your viewer to connect on an emotional level with your art.

Join instructor Larissa Herbert and explore ways to express emotion in your photography. This four week course will give you time to experiment and be adventurous in your own photographic style by focusing on the emotion behind your shot.
