Designing for Visual Dialogue

Wednesdays, September 6–November 1, 6:30–8:30pm
8-week course
(no class October 18)

Instructor: Pamela Beer

Could your painting compositions use some fresh ideas? This class structure will give you creative confidence, the ability to discern good design, and strong tools for making well-designed abstracts. By the end of class some simple self-critique tools will remove any guesswork and increase confidence that you are making consistent abstract non-objective or abstract representational paintings that are uniquely you. We will work on wood panels and discuss finishing techniques.

Class Fee: $260/members, $275/nonmembers
Prerequisite: previous painting experience required
Levels/Age: intermediate/18+
Min/Max: 6/12
Note: Workshops with less than minimum enrollment may be cancelled one week prior to start date.
