“All About Line” Figure Drawing Intensive

Satruday & Sunday, November 3 & 4, 9am–5pm
weekend intensive workshop

Perhaps the most intimate and direct expression in drawing is Line. Making Lines is a visual language that conveys both emotion and likeness. This class is designed to further your vocabulary in both ways, expressively and visually with a wide variety of lines made with different media.
Fugate will guide you as you make many gestures and longer studied drawings from the live model. Issues covered include: gesture drawing, variety of line, value, shape and color. Materials include charcoal, ink wash, and some soft pastel.
Some drawing experience is recommended.

Class Fee: $270/members, $280/nonmembers
Prerequisite: previous drawing experience
Levels/Age: intermediate/18+
Min/Max: 8/12
Note: Workshops with less than minimum enrollment may be cancelled one week prior to start date.
