Spring Break Camp

Monday–Friday, April 10-14
9am–12pm Color Illustration
1-4pm Ceramics & More
Ages 7-12

Instructors: Gail Baker, Shelly Vollstedt & Benjamin Wills

Spend a week immersed in art on your school break! Register for morning, afternoon or all day camp.

ColorIllustration2Creative Illustration is for students with active imaginations who like to draw and paint.  We’ll be diving into playful exercises, developing concepts and characters in their environments through illustration.
Basic design principles and color exploration set the foundation for your finished work. This is an expressive arts class. We play with tools and discover what works for each of us individually. No experience necessary.
Ceramics & More allows you to get your hands dirty and your mind full in this muddy, messy, magnificent clay camp for kids. Students will create 3 dimensional pieces, paint, glaze and explore art in multiple forms. Anything can happen. Grab some clay and bring your creations to life.

All materials, glazes & firing included. Pieces will be fired and ready for pick-up 2 weeks after the last class. *Due to the nature of ceramics, there is no guarantee that the work will survive the firing process. Work left for more than four months will be cleaned out.

Each student needs to wear studio appropriate clothing. Please bring a nut-free snack and labeled water bottle to each class.

If registering for both AM & PM Camps, be sure to bring your lunch and stay with us the entire time.

All Day Camp Fee: $330/members, $350/nonmembers
