Rebecca Morrissey

SAM HeadshotRebecca Morrissey is artEAST’s Education Manager. Along with overseeing the education department at artEAST, Rebecca is an Art Docent at Sunset Elementary through the ISF and PTSA docent programs bringing art education into our elementary schools. As a part time instructor with artEAST, Rebecca is able to inspire others through her love and knowledge of various art forms: especially fiber art, sculpture and mixed media.

Rebecca moved to Issaquah in 2012 and fell in love with the Issaquah community. A mother of two, Rebecca is proud to be working at artEAST, growing the education dpeartment of our art center and connecting to people through our numerous community eventsQuilt&Memosaic wedding quiltGLen&Jules HoousewarmingRebecca is an avid arts advocate.She enjoys getting out in the community with local park events, art walks, Salmon Days and more.

When not at artEAST, Rebecca loves to paddleboard around Lake Sammamish, play tabletop games and barbecue at home with her friends and family.
