Kathy Scearce

Kathy Scearce. Photo by Hilling DesignKathy Scearce joined our board in 2014, and serves on the Strategic Planning and Program Development committees.

Kathy is a retired Boeing Company executive with a broad range of assignments in support of Boeing’s products and services, including work as an Information Technology executive director and representative on the Commercial Airplane executive leadership team.  She was Vice President of the Boeing Management Association Executive Board after having served as President and Secretary of the central Puget Sound chapter. Kathy joined artEAST shortly after our move to the new art center, was involved with our first strategic plan in February 2011 and brings significant experience in strategic planning, management systems and business best practice development.

In addition to volunteer work with the Issaquah Chamber of Commerce, Kathy is a running enthusiast; she was on the Board of Directors for the Seattle Marathon, Eastside Runners, and Mt. Si Relay. While she is not out in the community, she loves to travel, hike, bike, garden, take art classes, make cards and participate in half marathons.
