Julie Christensen Rackley

Originally, an art major, Julie began her art education at California State University Long Beach. Born in Canada, Julie came to the U.S. at an early age and lived across the US, but primarily on the west coast. She moved to Bellevue in 1983. Julie graduated from the University of Washington’s MBA program in 1990, then returned to school, and graduated from Bellevue College’s Interior Design Program in 2007.

Julie Rackley. Photo by Hilling DesignJulie is a member artist of artEAST and currently shows her work in the gallery and in exhibitions.  Julie’s background and travels shape her art aesthetic, and foster her love of visual expression through painting.

Julie served on our board of directors for three years, 2014–2016.
