Michelle K. Brode holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSW) from Case Western Reserve University. She has worked as a facilitator in human relations, mentoring programs, and in school settings. Most recently, her time has been dedicated to raising her children. Michelle began working with Pat Allen’s Studio Process at Lisa Sorce-Schmitz’s Whispers from the Moon Studio in Oak Park, Illinois. She has found the witness and intention process to be a rich experience in developing the muscle of being with herself. She is awed by the magic of the creative process, and especially of the creative process in a group setting. Michelle recently relocated to the Pacific Northwest from Chicago, and is honored to hold space for this process to unfold in the ArtEAST community.
